Excelly takes the privacy and security of your data seriously. Any files you upload will be deleted within two hours after conversion. Excelly will not use your data for any AI training purposes.
Excelly strives to keep the Service available and functional at all times, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be free of interruptions, errors, or downtime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
Excelly is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, any errors in file conversion, loss of data, or interruptions in service. You use the Service at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms of Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated version will be effective as of the "Effective Date" listed above. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Excelly is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
